The Winner - Rye Street Housing Development
The Currey Award ceremony for 2013 and 2014 took place on 15 January 2015 at the Rhodes Arts Complex, Bishop's Stortford. The judging panel, under the chairmanship of Dr Sarah Turner, evaluated each of the nominated locations and recorded their deliberations.
The winner was the Rye Street Housing Development.
Developers – Hastingwood Estates Ltd.
Architect – Three Square Design Ltd.
Special Commendation - The Baptist Church and refurbished Castle Moat
Special commendations were awarded to the Baptist Church and refurbished Castle Moat.
The judging panel for the 2013 Currey Award comprises:
