The letters refer to the meeting of the Development Control Commmittee on 25 August which debated, and voted on, the Henderson Causeway development application. The BSCF maintain that the decision should be revoked. The second BSCF letter of 18 October notified Cllr Ashley that the BSCF intended to seek a judicial review of the planning decision.

This letter was prompted by someone called "Claire" who has been attempting to drum up support in favour of the super-school proposals. It takes issue with Claire's viewpoint and sums up the views of the majority very well.
